Returns & Exchanges Policy

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please email info(@)MY LOUD with your order number and name so we can best resolve your issue.

MY LOUD MERCH is a print on demand, direct-to-consumer marketplace. Every product ordered is unique to you and was specifically printed and created for you in your size, color choice, material, quality and more. As such we do not offer returns or exchanges, but if there is something wrong with your order, then please let us know right away. WE WILL ALWAYS WORK WITH YOU TO MAKE IT RIGHT!

Return requests must be filed within 14 days receipt of your order. Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong products or damaged products. If any of these apply, please contact us within 14 days at LOSTCOASTSIGNS@GMAIL.COM with photos of wrong or damaged products and we’ll sort that out for you.

Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at LOSTCOASTSIGNS@GMAIL.COM within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund.
